Returns & Exchanges
In the event of an issue with your order, please notify us within 14 days of delivery at email@example.com or through our contact form. If an item is damaged or defective, please be sure to include photos. We are happy to work through an ideal resolution.
If you would like to return an item out of personal preference, you will be responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Items must be unused, unworn, and in brand new condition to be eligible for a return.
*Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings posts of any kind (including hoops and hooks) for hygienic reasons.
Handmade Earrings and Hair Clips:
Handmade earrings and hair clips cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.
